You can not get a business visa to America to do labor. Laborers such as construction workers are not going to gian admission to the US on business visa. Aliens / foreigners trying to obtain legal entrance into the U.S. to perform construction or related work , whether on-site or in-plant,cannot obtain classification or entrance as B-1 nonimmigrant under section 101(a)(15)(B) of the INA Act.
Note: The foreign nonimmigrant able to be named as a B-1 nonimmigrant obtain visas from the Department of Immigration and is allowed to enter the United States for the purpose of supervising or training those that are building or construction work. The nonimmigrant can not do the construction work themselves.
